Jonathan B. Vivona is a co-founder of our firm and is the primary attorney in the firm's Alexandria office. He has represented bankruptcy clients in the Northern Virginia area for his entire professional career. Jonathan graduated from the Antonin Scalia Law School, previously the George Mason School of Law, in 2011.
During law school, Jonathan focused his coursework on corporate law, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. He obtained a part-time position with a bankruptcy and creditor's rights firm during his third year of law school and has continued to work in private bankruptcy practice for four years as an associate attorney before starting his own law firm in 2013.
Jonathan is a zealous advocate for his clients and takes a results-oriented approach to the practice of law. He is experienced in bankruptcy, creditor's rights and civil litigation.
